Terms & Conditions – ct88 Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "ct88," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ct88 platform and the company operating it under an international gaming licence.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ct88 platform or uses any ct88 service.

By registering an account on ct88, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform;

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ct88, nor are you a spouse, partner, or immediate family member of any such person;

ct88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending full KYC completion. ct88 cooperates with relevant authorities regarding any instances of underage access to the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the ct88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using another individual's personal information — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering your ct88 account, you agree to:

• Provide your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and an active email address;
• Create a secure, unique password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential — you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account;

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the ct88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ct88 reserves the right to require that a player withdraws via the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, up to the deposit amount, before permitting withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Before processing any withdrawal, ct88 may require the account holder to complete or update their KYC verification.
• Funds representing bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion detail page at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and held separately from real money balances in your ct88 wallet.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiplier that must be met by placing qualifying bets before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money.
• Each promotion has a defined validity period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within this period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Abuse of the ct88 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or placing opposing bets across accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of derived winnings, and permanent account closure.

All sports betting activity on the ct88 platform — including cricket, football, tennis, and other available markets — is subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published in ct88's Sports Rules document, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when a bet receipt is issued by the ct88 system and a reference number is generated. Verbal, chat-based, or other informal bet placements are not valid.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by ct88, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available on the relevant market and is exercised by the player before the event concludes.
• ct88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including but not limited to cases of suspected match manipulation, technical errors, or regulatory concerns.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its scheduled format, ct88 will apply the rules set out in its Sport-Specific Rules document to determine settlement. Generally, cricket matches abandoned due to weather that do not meet minimum completion requirements will be settled as void.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a bet being placed at clearly incorrect odds, ct88 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct market price or, alternatively, void the bet entirely.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits vary by sport and market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

ct88 Casino comprises live dealer games, virtual table games certified by Random Number Generators (RNG), slot games, and game show formats. The following rules apply to all casino activity on the ct88 platform:

• All ct88 Casino games — whether live dealer or RNG-based — produce outcomes that are genuinely random and independent of previous results. No betting system, pattern, or strategy can predictably overcome the mathematical house edge.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, ct88's system will record the last confirmed game state. The outcome will be settled according to the recorded state. If ct88's system cannot confirm the game state, the wager will be refunded in full.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards ct88 employees, support agents, live dealers, or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any ct88 security measure, geographical restriction, or self-exclusion block through technical means.

ct88 reserves the right to share evidence of prohibited conduct with relevant law enforcement authorities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies where required by law or where ct88 considers it appropriate in the public interest.

All content on the ct88 platform — including but not limited to the ct88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, data compilations, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ct88 or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct88 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ct88 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from ct88 content;
• Use ct88 branding, trademarks, or content in any advertising, promotional, or commercial material without ct88's express written consent;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ct88 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct88 expressly excludes liability for:

• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the ct88 platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or force majeure events;

• Acts of third parties, including payment providers, internet service providers, or data network operators, that affect the performance or availability of ct88 services;

In all cases where ct88's liability is established, the total aggregate liability of ct88 to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player into their ct88 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct88 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Account inactivity — if an account records no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, it is classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee after a further 12-month dormancy period, in accordance with ct88's Dormant Account Policy;

In the event of account closure due to player fault or breach of Terms, ct88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by ct88 for its own regulatory or business reasons and no player fault is established, all verified real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ct88 is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools to all account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which they are automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Time-based pop-up notifications showing net session profit/loss are available as a voluntary account setting.

Nothing in this clause limits ct88's rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any actual or threatened breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or intellectual property infringement.
